How We Stand Out from the Rest

No Time Limit
In our headshot sessions, there is no rush. We will work with you at your pace as much, or as little, as you need it to get the best results. We won't be rushing through the session to attend the next client because we only take two bookings per day maximum with plenty of time for each one. With this time, we'll give you a variety of options to choose from, including different backgrounds, lighting setups, and wardrobe choices. Need to be in and out in 20 minutes? We can do that too, no worries.
Coaching
Ever had a headshot taken before where the photographer didn't really tell you what to do and your headshot (which you may not have even gotten to see until it was delivered) looked dull and expressionless at best, or worse, you had a weird, constipated look on your face? That's the exact opposite of what we do. We will constantly give you posing and facial expression coaching to make you look confident, yet approachable.
No Surprises
We constantly review your images with you throughout the session to make sure we are getting images that capture your vision for your headshot, which also allows us to coach you regarding your pose and facial expression more effectively. At the end of the session, we go through all of your pictures with you, and you get to make the final decision for which headshots you want to keep.
Our Headshot Process
Book your Session
Reserve your session here using our online scheduler. We always block at least a couple hours on our calendar for your session, allowing for ample time for your session. You will NEVER feel rushed.
Prepare
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll prepare you with our guide on how to best prepare for your upcoming session. This guide includes what kind of clothes to wear, what colors to pick, and tips on applying makeup for your headshots.
During the Session
We'll guide you how to pose, how to tweak your facial expressions, and just how to look your absolute best. We'll also do a series of test photos before we start the actual shoot to make sure that everything looks exactly as you desire. We have a private changing room, a clothes rack, and even a clothes steamer to make sure you look your best.
Image Review & Selection
Once during the session, we'll sit down with you to review the photos we have taken so far, so we can discuss what you like, what you don't like, and what we should try next to make sure we are all on the same page and on the right track to achieve what you want to get out of your headshots. At the end of the session, we’ll sit down together to review and select the final images you want for retouching. We will provide as much or as little input during the image selection as you want. We’ve seen thousands of headshots before, so we have a pretty good eye for what looks good and what could be better. The headshot pricing is per image, so that means you are in control of the final price. You can select as many or as few images as you like.
Retouching & Delivery
After the session, we will begin to retouch your final selections. We do all of our retouching in-house with very scrupulous eyes. Most commercial photographers nowadays outsource their editing to multiple editors in Eastern Europe or South Asia, which means you end up with inconsistent retouching of your images. They are almost always overly retouched, and you’ll end up looking like a plastic Barbie doll. Our retouching is a point of pride for us, and we don’t take it lightly. Our retouching standard is to make you look like the best version of your self without looking fake. Final delivery can take around 1 week. However, if you need a certain image sooner, we will work with you to meet your deadline. We have delivered on timelines as short as same-day.

What should I wear?
Where what you would wear to meet with your most important client (or your hottest date)! Bring ALL the outfits you want to try. We will shoot every outfit and pick out the best ones from each.After booking, I will reach out with a headshot style guide to help you choose which outfits and combinations to bring.

How fast can I get my headshots delivered?
Typical turn around time is around 5 business days. However, if there is an urgent need to get your final images done sooner, we can work it out.
Where is your studio located?
Our studio is located at 1515 S Orange Ave in South Downtown Orlando, FL. Conveniently located near the crossroads of I-4 and 408, our studio is super easy to get to from just about anywhere, and, even better, we have our own private parking lot!
We provide in-studio photography by appointment for our clients, along with on-location services. Our user-friendly online scheduling system enables you to easily book headshots for new hires without the need to contact us directly. It's just a couple clicks to schedule your appointment!!
Do you shoot other type of photography?
In a word, No. We have devoted our work to being headshot and portrait specialists so that we can bring the newest and highest quality headshots to Orlando. We don’t believe you should go to a dentist or even a family doctor for spinal surgery, and we don’t believe we have any business shooting weddings. We stick to what we know we are the best in.
Do you provide makeup and hairstyling?
Yes -We have a few trusted hair and makeup artists that well-versed in hair and makeup for headshots. Let us know if you would like this service, and we will arrange for a hair and makeup artist for your session.
