Our Group Headshot Process
Once your team session is confirmed, we'll send you our guide on how to best prepare for your upcoming session. These tips include what kind of clothes to wear, what colors to pick, and tips on applying makeup for your headshots.
If you'd like, we can also send you a link for your team to sign up for time slots. You will have full access to the schedule so you can see who and who hasn't signed up yet.
We'll guide your employees on posing, how to achieve a killer facial expression, and adjust their hair and clothes. Our hair and makeup artists can also reduce skin redness, manage shine, touch-up makeup, and style hair.
After shooting, we will review the headshots on a laptop with each individual to help guide them as they select their favorite headshot.
After the shoot, we'll retouch your team's headshots in-house to ensure consistency and quality. Unlike others who outsource, our retouching maintains a natural look, making you look the best, age-appropriate version of yourself without looking fake.
How to Prepare
Some photographers will shoot in any space you give them, including a closet (nearly joking). For the level of headshot we provide, at minimum, a 12'x12' space with 8' ceilings without direct overhead lights is needed.
Don't have a space that meets these requirements? Send me pictures of the space you do have. I'll evaluate these spaces and let you know if I am able to make modifications to compensate for the space change.
For the most efficient workflow, group participants by gender into dedicated time blocks. Each person needs 10 minutes allowed.
We generally suggest scheduling women first, as morning sessions tend to keep hair and makeup looking their best, followed by men afterward. If that arrangement doesn’t fit your agenda, group the sessions in a “men → women → men” pattern (or the reverse). This reduces constant switching and keeps the session running smoothly.. This also helps the hair and makeup artist to maximize her routine.
Send your team an email or IM reminder the day before and encourage them to show up on time for their appointment. We understand that your team's time is valuable, and their meetings may run over. The best way to mitigate the effects of this is to keep on-time as much as possible with everybody else.

Where is your studio located?
Our studio is located at 6812 Edgewater Drive, Suite 140, in Orlando, FL. Our studio is super easy to get to from just about anywhere, and, even better, we have our own private parking lot!
We provide in-studio photography by appointment for our clients, along with on-location services. Our user-friendly online scheduling system enables you to easily book headshots for new hires without the need to contact us directly. It's just a couple clicks to schedule your appointment!!
