From setup to delivery

Setup & space
We set up a portable studio in about a 10′ × 10′ area. Tight on space? Tell us and we’ll make it work without cutting corners on quality.

Sign-up
Attendees sign up in advance or on-site with a QR code. We only need a name and email, and the form carries your company’s branding.

The session
We adjust hair and clothes, guide poses and fine-tune expressions. Hair and makeup assistants can reduce redness, manage shine and touch up makeup.

Review & selection
Within 60 seconds each person has a private gallery to pick their favorite. Galleries carry your branding too.

Retouching & delivery
We retouch every selection in-house for a consistent, natural look. Final delivery takes about a week; same-day is possible for urgent deadlines.

How much space do you need?
About a 10′ × 10′ area for our portable studio. If space is tight, tell us and we’ll adapt without compromising quality.
How many people can you photograph?
It depends on your hours, stations and assistants. Try the calculator above: one station over 8 hours at 10 minutes each fits about 48 people.
When do attendees get their photos?
Each person gets a private gallery within 60 seconds of shooting. Final retouched headshots take about a week, and same-day is possible for urgent deadlines.
Can the sign-up form and gallery carry our branding?
Yes. Sign-up forms and digital galleries are white-labelled with your company’s branding.
Can you also shoot group photos?
Certainly. Whether you have a small or large team, we can photograph the whole team or break it down by department.
